Every family business will face the question of ‘what next?’ and it seems that two of the leading materials handling specialists were looking for the answer at the same time! In late 2020, we heard news that SEEMI had entered into discussions with Dücker International that would result in Dücker acquiring a significant shareholding in the French manufacturer’s business. Following several months of discussions and legals, the companies finally put ink on contracts in early February 2021.
