Dücker and SEEMI in shareholding agreement

Dominique Ravot, CEO of Dücker International, has confirmed that the shareholders of the Dücker Group and SEEMI have entered in exclusive negotiation for a partial sale of Seemi’s shares. The target for both partners is to arrive at a final closing of the agreement at the beginning of 2021.

“With this deal, we are looking to offer to our customers a wider portfolio of solutions for fully automatized conveyor systems, combining the strengths of both parties — the flexibility and tailor-made project management of Seemi, with the high tech and efficient solutions of Dücker,” explains Dominique Ravot. “Both brands will remain active in the market under their own names, to continue serving their customers with the same dedication and way of collaborating.”

In order to keep and reinforce the local presence of Seemi in the Angouleme area, Xavier Vigneras will remain in position of CEO of Seemi, driving the growth of the company with the full support of the Dücker Group.

“We strongly believe that the DNA of both companies are close enough to make this merger a successful story, positive for the future of both companies, but also of the corrugated board conveyor systems market,” concludes Xavier Vigneras.
