Zund UK Ltd has been recognised with a certification for the ISO 9001:2015 from The International Organization for Standardisation.
ISO 9001:2015 is the world’s most widely recognised quality management standard. The standard sets out the criteria for a quality management system based on principles including a strong focus on customers and a dedication to constant improvement.
“Even though our global parent company Zünd Systemtechnik AG, has the ISO9001:2015 certification, we felt it is important for Zund UK Ltd to have its own backbone and selected this standard to align within our Headquarter and to give customers the trust that we too follow a standard that is recognised globally,” said Nicki Kay, Managing Director at Zund UK.
