As part of their ongoing commitment to reinvest in operational excellence, Zumbiel has recently made a major capital investment in a TRESU Dual Ink Deck Flexo Press.
This 67” wide, high-speed flexographic press enables high-volume production with:
- Zero make-ready/low waste;
- Inline rotary die-cutting;
- Nine print units: 7 double-sided units + 2 single-sided units allows for changeover during the run;
This investment has opened over 40,000 tons of additional converting capacity, significantly expanding their ability to deliver high-quality, sustainable packaging at scale.
As the press moves through final commissioning, the company says it is excited about the enhanced speed, flexibility, and responsiveness it brings to support their customers and long-term growth.
