U.S. based Wikoff Color Corp., a manufacturer of high performance printing inks and coatings for the graphic arts industry, has completed the acquisition of Verti Produtos Químicos, São Paulo, Brazil. The transaction closed on November 30, 2017. Verti was established in 2006 when its three founders, with their wide range of experience in the packaging and graphic arts industries, decided to capitalize on their knowledge and capabilities by providing technical service and products.
