Previously, Weleda had used a CMS to manage pharmaceutical product texts with an interface to external programs. Through the adoption of cloud-based collaborative workflow platform, Weleda streamlined its complex packaging process with full traceability of content changes.

The Content Management module of WebCenter allows users to specify, manage, and reuse content such as text, claims, symbols, barcodes, and other content for use on packaging artwork, labels, leaflets, IFUs and more. It also enables them to manage and structure content without the need to manually copy and paste content from spreadsheets, documents, and other sources. Approved content can be reused in the artwork and for regulatory body use in submission-ready file formats.
