JSC Yarpaper, the Russian producer of paper and board in Russia, has signed a contract with Voith for the extension of its existing recycled fibre line. A precedent plant audit was carried out by Voith in order to decide for the best solution in regard to final product quality, operating and investment costs.
Founded in 2003, JSC Yarpaper specialises in the production of paper and board made from 100% renewable raw materials, certified according to the FSC standard. In 2018, the company processed 62,000 tons of recovered fibre. Today, the company produces 55,000 tons of corrugated base papers in a range from 100 to 140 gsm and testliner in the range of 110 to 150 gsm. Buyers are leading producers of corrugated packaging in Russia.
