St. Charles, IL-based Larsen Packaging Products, Inc. has added multiple new taping, self-seal, stitching and gluing options to its manufacturing capabilities.
As a new corrugated converter in the Midwest USA, Larsen Packaging Products has added eight pieces of converting equipment in the last 24 months as they continue to help customers get products from Point A to Point B in the safest and most affordable way possible.
In adding new taping and e-commerce self-seal closures, capabilities at the company now include stitching, cold glue, hot glue and a combination of hot/cold glue for both 1- and 2-piece boxes. A new Vega specialty folder gluer, which is now being installed, can handle auto-bottom, 4- and 6-Corner Trays and In-Line Taping for both Self-Sealing closures and numerous e-commerce applications in any flute from F flute to BC doublewall.
The company has also taken delivery of a new Gazzella TO gluer/stitcher. “This beauty now allows us to apply hot glue, cold glue & stitch one or two piece corrugated boxes,” explains Bill Larsen, President.
