Vanguard Companies have announced the appointment of Johann Perera to the role of Vice President Operations.

Perera’s role will lead manufacturing, fulfillment, quality, procurement and sales support teams to drive operational excellence and customer experience. He will be responsible to deliver seamless end-to-end execution, drive continuous improvements throughout the organization.
