Valco Melton to showcase Kube Zero at Interpack

Valco Melton will be present at Interpack, welcoming all visitors at Stand C74 in Hall 14. Six months after the launch of the new Kube Zero melt-on-demand system at Fachpack 2025, the company is celebrating strong market response. The Kube Zero’s high melting capacity offers multiple benefits that help support efficiency and productivity in a flexible way.

Jeremy Ferreras, Export Sales Manager, explains, “Customers appreciate its versatility, as it can adapt to practically any melting rate requirement in end-of-line packaging and supply up to 10 independent guns covering all existing configurations in the market.”

Certainly, the Kube Zero will continue to draw attention at Interpack. “We’ve achieved exceptionally fast melting rates, cutting heating up time by up to 65%, which is remarkable,” says Markus Bohnenkamp, Sales Director, Northern Europe. “This feature immediately appeals to customers, as it directly boosts productivity by reducing downtime and maximizing production time.”

Interpack visitors will also be able to see the all-electric EcoStitch MXM applicator in action, renowned in the packaging industry for its durability and efficiency. Already considered the industry standard in electric gluing, EcoStitch´s superior technology allows dot application even at high speeds, reducing adhesive usage by up to 70% with corresponding cost savings.

In addition, Valco Melton will also offer a sneak peek at the newest addition to the EcoStitch line: EcoStitch Lite. EcoStitch Lite brings the benefits of all-electric adhesive dispensing to mid and low-speed applications through a value-engineered design. Direct 24VDC integration eliminates the need for voltage amplification equipment, offering a simpler, more accessible path to compressed air-free operation for less demanding packaging applications. Compatible with existing melter systems and industry-standard bracketry, EcoStitch Lite is designed for easy retrofitting into current production lines.
