Aopack has confirmed that a U.S.-based corrugated packaging manufacturer has enhanced its production capabilities by deploying six BM3000-HD heavy duty box making machines across three facilities. The corrugated packaging manufacturer operates 15 facilities across six states, servicing the Midwest United States and beyond, and is already considering expanding its Aopack machine fleet in the future.
The six BM3000-HD machines were delivered between March and June 2025 with customizations including: flexo printing capabilities, handle hole die-cutting and inch-based measurement system. The machines have been installed at plants in:
- La Porte, IN – 2 machines
- Middletown, OH – 2 machines
- Van Wert, OH – 2 machines
“The BM3000-HD machines have streamlined production and helped meet diverse packaging needs,” said a spokesperson from the corrugated packaging manufacturer. “We plan to add more Aopack machines to further improve efficiency across our U.S. operations.”
