Tri-Wall group have purchased a die-cutter from Baysek Machines. The EL-150 automatic die-cutter has a sheet size of 1220mm x 1320mm, but can extended to 2440mm x 1320mm for companies producing larger work. Baysek die-cutters produce fully stripped, nick-free die-cuts, whether it’s a one-out or multiple-outs. The finished parts exit the machine, counted and stacked ready for shipping saving both time and additional labour cost as no further handling is required such as breaking out or further stripping. The vacuum suction-cup feeding and unloading system enables a large variety of materials to be processed, including warped board and high-quality printed items.
