It has been confirmed that Bob McIlvaine will retire as CEO of The Royal Group at the end of December. He joined TRG in 1990, becoming President in 1995.

Effective January 1, 2023, Kevin Miller will assume the role of President & CEO. Miller began his career with TRG as a sales representative in 2006. After leaving TRG to run a consulting firm—focused on helping CEO’s and their companies find, train, and develop talent—he rejoined TRG in 2017. Since his return, Miller has held several roles, including vice president of business development, vice president and Mid-Atlantic general manager and vice president and Eastern regional general manager.
“Kevin has excelled in every role assigned to him, most notably his current role as president. Bob and Kevin have built a great team in TRG and worked seamlessly on this transition. We will miss Bob’s tenured leadership and are confident in Kevin and the management team’s ability to lead us to further success,” said Schwarz.
