On 1st August, The Royal Group (TRG), a division of Schwarz Partners, completed the acquisition of SPA Inc., located in Milford, Ohio.
SPA Inc. specializes in software and consumer electronics distribution, third-party logistics and multivendor programs.

Bill O’Bryan, current SPA Inc. president and CEO, will continue in his position under the new ownership.
