Rob Garvey, Managing Director, TCY UK Ltd, has confirmed the company has recently installed a new machine at Box-It Ltd in Northern Ireland. The machine in question is a TCY N6 1200 x 3000, three colour flexo folder gluer with rotary die-cut unit.
“Box-It are the first to have this latest casemaker technology in Ireland,” explains Garvey. “The TCY open and close N-series utilises smart computer technology and is set to improve the efficiency and capacity on-site. Overall, they will have faster setups with more machine uptime, increased functionality with a wider range of product, increased capacity by reduced setup times, reduced running adjustments and increase in high speed production and less skill to run efficiently due to computer controlled setup, feedback, and line automation.”
