Sun Automation has confirmed that Premier Packaging, LLC has started up a new rotary die-cutter with inside print at one of its facilities in the U.S. Premier Packaging has a nationwide footprint, with 85 facilities for manufacturing and distribution of a wide variety of packaging materials, including corrugated boxes.
The company said that the SUN 625 RDC was chosen for its proven ability to produce high-quality containers in a 24-hour production environment. This specific machine is equipped with three outside print units and two inside print units. On a 66″ x 125″ grid, this RDC is capable of speeds up to 200 kicks per minute.
