STOK Group has entered into an agreement to acquire KD Emballage, with completion expected before the end of April 2026. The agreement marks a joint step toward strengthening the foundation for KD Emballage’s continued development while supporting STOK Group’s ambition to build one of Scandinavia’s leading packaging platforms.
Over several years, KD Emballage has established a strong position in the packaging industry, with a focus on high service levels, flexible solutions, and an efficient logistics setup. These characteristics will continue to form the basis of the company’s collaboration with customers and partners, now supported by an even stronger platform of packaging solutions and expertise.
