Smurfit Westrock has confirmed it will invest $150m in the modernisation and expansion of its operation in Brazil.
“We have capacity expansion projects in some regions and other investments to improve the level of delivery, service and product quality,” said Manuel Alcalá, President, Smurfit Westrock – Brazil. “Part of this will also be focused on AI, where we have already invested, to improve productivity and reduce lost time.”
