Sheard Packaging is expanding its production capacity at its manufacturing facility, and MINDA is providing the logistics solutions.
For a separately located machine area at the Greetland plant, MINDA is providing the intralogistic infrastructure for infeed and outfeed of the converting machines. With the new multipoint-gluer, Sheard Packaging is adding its fourth converting machine of this type to the plant.
Following internal pre-commissioning, delivery has now begun and the first components are already arriving:
- Single loading station BoP (Block on pallet);
- Automatic finished goods transport;
- Vertical lift.
The converting machines on the second level are connected via the vertical lift to the loading centre and, for pallet securing, all the way to dispatch. The heart of the pallet securing line is a pallet loading station BoP.
