Just weeks after it was successful in the Sustainable Innovation category at the Paper Industry Gold Awards, CorrBoard has been announced runner-up in the Green Innovation category and winner of the Best Renewable Energy Project at the Humber Renewables Awards 2022.

Securing its position on the shortlist in the two categories, the sheet feeding specialist based in Scunthorpe went up against other industry leading businesses from a range of sectors. Recognising and celebrating success in the renewables industry across the Humber, this was the tenth years the awards had taken place, honouring the environmental efforts of businesses large and small.

Rob Burgin, Managing Director, said, “It’s difficult to put into words how we all feel right now. This is a huge accolade and is testament to the investment, time, effort and focus we all put into sustainability at CorrBoard. We were up against some incredible businesses with projects on a massive scale, to be coming away with a runner-up certificate and winner’s trophy is simply fantastic.”
