The company will present solutions that tackle common print challenges with award-winning results, whilst also improving its customers’ operational efficiencies and driving down costs.
Sandon Global’s technical experts will be on hand to present innovative engravings including its XPRO, GMX ANILOX®, HVP and FLUID FP designed to overcome print hurdles such as scorelines, tricky coating applications, excess anilox inventories and pinholing. These alternative engravings promise greater precision, quality, and consistency compared to standard 60° cell designs, resulting in improved efficiencies and cost savings for printers.
Other highlights include showcasing the company’s patented anilox sleeve construction system (Pat. EP3368317B1 and Pat. US11059284) designed to prolong sleeve life, strategies for how to overcome challenges in water-based flexo printing on film and promoting its unique EDT sealing for oxidation (substrate corrosion) resistance. With one of the largest lasers in Europe, corrugated print customers can also learn more about the company’s laser capabilities with its impressive 6-metre engraving length.
