Rusken Packaging has recently confirmed the promotion of Susan Brackett to General Manager of its Knoxville, TN facility.
Beginning her career with Rusken in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative in Jackson, TN, Brackett’s continuous hard work and dedication has earned her the new role as General Manager.
“Susan is a proven leader and I believe that her skillset and determination will set the course to grow Knoxville into a market leader for Rusken,” says Randy Whiteaker, COO.
“I plan to continue building a great team. We are already experiencing growth here in East Tennessee. It’s just the start of great things,” adds Brackett.
