Rusken Packaging has completed the acquisition of a small sheet plant in Knoxville, TN. This acquisition is effective July 1, 2022.
Randy Whiteaker, COO, Rusken, said, “It gives me great pleasure to announce that we now have manufacturing capability in Knoxville, Tennessee. As you may, or may not, know we have had assembly and warehousing in Knoxville for some time. With the acquisition of a small sheet plant, we have now added a second location and are working toward a full manufacturing production schedule in the near future.”
Rusken’s growth in East Tennessee will be led by Susan Brackett as Knoxville Site Manager and Jason Warner as Operations Manager. This acquisition is part of the company’s strategic focus to expand Rusken’s footprint throughout the Southeast, further growing its existing capabilities and customer base in the Knoxville and East Tennessee market.
