Spanish packaging manufacturer, Grupo Lantero, continue their commitment to industrial digitalisation and have installed a new robot at its Igualada plant, near Barcelona.
“With this measure, we reaffirm our commitment to improve efficiency and offer a better service to our customers,” said a company spokesperson. “The robot, installed in the folding area, will be in charge of palletising boxes. This eliminates repetitive tasks for our people and contribute to minimising risks.”
