In its new Document Center, Robatech consolidates relevant product information in one place. Technical documents, drawings, instructional videos and other product-related content can be accessed quickly and easily.
“With the Document Center, we are providing users, service personnel, planners and decision-makers with a central knowledge platform. It gives them direct access to the product information they need for the task at hand,” explains Charles Franks, Head of IT, Robatech.
The Document Center can be accessed in two ways: via the respective product page on the Robatech website or by scanning the QR code on the product. The QR code leads directly to the corresponding product overview in the Document Center, making it easy to find the information needed for operation, maintenance and service.
For planning and evaluation, users can download the product-related documents they require. Depending on the product, technical data, drawings, CAD models, EU Declarations of Conformity, operating and maintenance instructions, videos, software and other doc- uments are available. Language and filter functions simplify the search and help narrow down available content.
