Following its recent move into a new 78,000 sq ft headquarters in Lincoln, Reuseabox has expanded its team to 20 employees, with three new recruits joining factory operations and sales.
The new recruits signal the company’s continued growth as it expands business to meet the increasing demand for sustainable packaging solutions, whilst creating new jobs and development opportunities within the community.
- Joanne Hunt joins as Factory Manager;
- Rebecca Wright is coming on board as a National Account Manager;
- Blair Simpson has also been joined on the sales team as a Sales Apprentice.

The recruitment of these new employees follows the securing of Reuseabox’s first permanent base in Lincoln at the start of 2025, a milestone moment as the company celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. With increased capacity, Reuseabox is solidifying its place as the supplier of choice for used cardboard boxes and for businesses looking to cut out waste, reduce Scope 3 emissions, and save money with their packaging.
