Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Greensboro, NC, Waste Disposal Solutions is a leading outsourced waste management and recycling solutions provider, with a proven track record of identifying material cost savings for customers and increasing their profitability through innovative, sustainable and comprehensive recycling solutions. The business serves customers across the construction, logistics and manufacturing sectors.
This latest transaction is Reconomy’s ninth acquisition in North America and is in line with its strategic priorities of delivering superior earnings growth by scaling its platform across large, structurally attractive growth markets.
