Rand-Whitney cuts ribbon on new facility in Boylston, MA

Rand-Whitney held a ribbon cutting and grand opening of its new manufacturing facility in Boylston, MA. The work on the new facility began in April 2022.

Governor Maura Healey, Secretary of Economic Development Yvonne Hao, and Senator Robyn Kennedy were on hand to witness the ceremonial cutting of the ribbon by Robert Kraft, owner and CEO. Two warehouses with a total footprint of almost 700,000 sq ft, opened for business on Shrewsbury Street on Thursday May 18. The bigger of the warehouses, a 384,000 sq ft center, will be used by Rand-Whitney to manufacture corrugated boxes for retail and protective packaging.

“The investment marks a huge commitment to continued first class service for our customers in the New England area and beyond,” said Kraft.
