Even in times of COVID-19, the team of BHS Corrugated managed to successfully start-up a Modul Facer MF-A and dry-end components at Georgia Pacific in Asheboro, NC, in mid March.
“This outstanding performance could only be achieved due to fast reaction time and service provision, despite current travel restrictions – but always matching required prevention measures to not put our employees at risk,” said Lars Engel, Managing Director of BHS Corrugated GmbH.
He continues, “Most Europe based technicians will leave the site by end of this week – our colleagues of our representation in Baltimore, MD, will take over. Additionally three installation supervisors from our Headquarters will voluntarily stay in Asheboro to ensure customer support during start-up phase.”
