ProAmpac has formally completed its acquisition of TC Transcontinental Packaging (TCP).
This acquisition delivers a ‘pivotal milestone’ in ProAmpac’s long-term growth strategy, uniting TCP’s advanced capabilities and global manufacturing footprint with ProAmpac’s leadership in sustainability, speed to market, and material science to address customers’ evolving packaging needs.
