Pro Carton ECEA 2024 winners showcased at The Museum of Brands in London

The award-winning designs from Pro Carton’s 2024 European Carton Excellence Award (ECEA) are now on display at the Museum of Brands in Notting Hill, London. The exhibition highlights the most innovative and sustainable cartonboard packaging solutions, demonstrating cutting-edge design and environmental responsibility.

The Museum of Brands provides an ideal setting for this showcase, offering visitors an in-depth look at the evolution of packaging and its significant role in branding, marketing, and sustainability. With over 200 years of consumer culture on display, the museum is an essential destination for industry professionals, students and anyone interested in the future of sustainable packaging.

Following the Awards Gala in Berlin last September, the ECEA 2024 winners’ display is now open for visitors at the Museum of Brands, offering a unique opportunity to witness the future of environmentally conscious packaging first-hand. The exhibition features an array of outstanding designs that have been praised for their ingenuity, functionality and environmental impact.

Among the standout creations on display is the Carton of the Year, Origen Flor Natural by cartonboard converter Hinojosa Packaging Galería Gráfica and cartonboard manufacturer Stora Enso. Visit this page for the full list of the ECEA winner designs currently on display at the Museum of Brands.

Alice Kain, Curator at the Museum of Brands commented, “It is wonderful to have the ECEA winners on display at the Museum once again. Year after year, the display generates excitement, interest and attraction from both visitors and students looking forward to learning about the latest advancements in cartonboard packaging. Using sustainable packaging is part of a brands story, and we are proud to take part in the telling of these stories by hosting the exhibition.”

Winfried Mühling, Marketing & Communications Director, Pro Carton, added, “To have the ECEA 2024 winners on display at the Museum of Brands is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the immense potential of cartonboard packaging. These designs are not only visually stunning but also set new standards for sustainability and innovation. We hope visitors leave inspired by the role packaging can play in creating a circular economy.”
