Geoff Truesdale, Managing Director, Print Library, said, “The Easymatrix offers increased productivity with a machine speed up to 7,700 sheets per hour and a maximum sheet format of 750 × 1060mm, compared to the use of conventional hand platen and cylinder machines.  Print Library has been trading for 21 years and we’ve had a longstanding partnership with Heidelberg throughout.”

He continues, “A large part of our customer base is within the FMCG sector, which has seen huge growth over recent years and with increased demand comes increased responsibility. We’re confident this innovative technology will continue to help us grow as a business to serve all our customers to the highest standards.”

Print Library is a specialist packaging printer with sustainability at the very core of everything they do. They ensure that their packaging consumables align with their core values, primarily using FSC or PEFC certified boards responsibly sourced from sustainable forests. They only use vegetable-based inks; the gluing of the cartons and sleeves utilise vegan-friendly adhesives.

Print Library is BRCGS AA standard, FSC and PEFC accredited to ensure they are providing the most ethical packaging solutions in the UK & Ireland. With a significant increase in productivity, and thus resource consumption, the Easymatrix 106 CS is also expected to contribute towards increasing the sustainability of their operations.
