In November 2025, Palm Group acquired a 50 % stake in Power Packaging s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. The converting plant, based in Nýrsko in western Czechia, specialises in the production of complex corrugated packaging. Power Packaging generates annual revenues of approximately €4m.
With its participation in Power Packaging, Palm is strategically expanding its packaging division in the area of complex and customised corrugated packaging, which involves a high proportion of manual work. The partnership makes it possible to combine Power Packaging’s expertise with the existing sales and production network of Palm’s packaging division. Furthermore, the involvement of Palm ensures that Power Packaging will remain a family-owned business in the long term, sharing the same mindset and business principles.

Power Packaging will continue to operate successfully within its existing structure and with the same management team.
