Germany-based The Palm Group has acquired the family-owned Orsini Imballaggi with effect from September 2022. The corrugated board plant, which is located southeast of Milan, produces packaging for the Italian market.
“The acquisition of Orsini Imballaggi increases Palm’s production capacity in Italy,” explains Dr Wolfgang Palm, CEO. “Now with two plants in Italy, Palm will continue to be available to all customers as a reliable and competent partner.”
