VPK has confirmed that its French subsidiary, Ondulys, has acquired two new factories for its packaging network in France. Edely Packaging, located near Lyon and Edely Service, situated in the Pays-de-Savoie region, generate a turnover of €11 million. Both sites will operate under the new brands of Ondulys Les Echets and Ondulys Pays de Savoie.
The geographic expansion towards the southern part of France offers strategic benefits for French customers. “We’re happy to welcome both Edely sites into our group, after one and a half year of close collaboration. The expansion will increase our service and allows us to stay close to our customers,” said Damien Bridoux, General Manager, Ondulys.
