Oji Holdings Corp has confirmed it completed the acquisition of Walki Holding Oy on 11th April.
Walki’s brand and the corporate strategy will be maintained and the current executives of Walki, led by Leif Frilund, CEO, will collaborate alongside the executives from Oji to enhance corpoate governance.
