It is with deep regret that we inform you that Manfred Mau, CEO of Maschinenmau GmbH passed away very suddenly in August 2023.
Mau was 60 years old and a well-known and respected member of the corrugated community, not just in Germany, but all over Europe and further afield. As a renowned and talented engineer, he started his career with Mosca before creating his own range of folder gluers and ancillary equipment, which are today installed in many parts of the world. He took a great interest in the well-being of his employees, and they in turn took pride in the development of his ground-breaking new ideas, reflected in the innovation of his machines.
For the time being, Christian Bauer, chief engineer of Maschinenmau, will act as General Manager of the company to ensure a smooth continuation of the business.
