It is with regret that BIR informs of the passing of Fadi Shahrour, Chairman of the BIR Membership Committee and member of the Advisory Council.
Shahrour was a longstanding member of BIR’s leadership and a highly respected figure within our global community. A BIR Ambassador since 1995, he dedicated more than three decades of service to our association. Over the years, he held numerous positions within BIR. As Chairman of the Membership Committee, which he became in 2015, he was also a member of the Advisory Council and served on the Communications, Convention and Finance Committees. Through his commitment, insight and dedication, he played an important role in BIR’s growth and success over the years.
