NS Plakat, based in Novi Sad, Serbia, is a well-established company in the digital printing and advertising materials industry for many years, with a strong focus on cardboard displays and POS solutions. Through continuous investment in both production equipment and workforce development, the company has built a highly skilled team that supports its stable growth and long-term success.
Over time, the production of cardboard displays has become a core segment of the business, marking a key milestone in the company’s development and market positioning. More than a decade ago, NS Plakat started working with Lamina System, representing a significant technological step forward. In its latest investment, the company has recently installed a Lamina Freestanding Working Station 2620 FWS.

The integration of Lamina machines into the production process has led to substantial improvements, including a high level of automation, reduced operator training time, enhanced production planning, increased productivity, and improved overall line efficiency. These advancements have also resulted in better work organisation. By optimising processes, the company has reduced the number of operators required per operation while reallocating resources to other production and logistics tasks — without the need for additional hiring. This has enabled a more efficient balance between production capacity and available resources.
“Based on the experience gained, investing in the latest generation of Lamina equipment is a natural next step in further modernising production. Enhanced performance and additional functionalities provide greater flexibility and enable higher productivity, particularly in the production of more complex POS solutions,” explains Boris Adamović, Production Manager. “Through the continued integration of advanced technologies and collaboration with trusted partners, NS Plakat remains committed to strengthening production capabilities and improving service quality, with the goal of maintaining long-term competitiveness in the market.”
