Flexo Concepts announced the latest upgrade to its website: French and German versions. The new language options reflect the most recent effort by the company to help its customers and prospects get information and request samples electronically as simply as possible. Other recent updates include the addition of live chat and Facebook Messenger in early 2018 as well as Chinese and Spanish versions of the site launched last summer.
“We strive to deliver information to people in a way that’s easy for them to understand, and that means providing it in their native languages,” said Kevin McLaughlin, CEO. “But we go one step further. Instead of relying on online translation widgets, we work with our staff members and colleagues in the industry who reside in these countries to provide and review all our translations to ensure that our messages are properly communicated.”
