Marina Palm, daughter of Dr. Wolfgang Palm, joined the management of The Palm Group recently. This ensures the ethical values Palm offers as an independent owner-managed family business will continue in the fifth generation.
Ms Palm starts her work at Palm well prepared after completing her bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration and several years of professional experience. Over the next few years, she will familiarise herself with all departments of the family business and progressively take over areas of responsibility from the fourth generation.
“My aim is clearly to continue the dynamic development of Palm in the future. For me, this includes a high willingness to innovate and invest as well as the long-term continuation of the traditional values of the Palm family business such as absolute reliability, loyalty and entrepreneurial passion,” says Marina Palm.
