Colbert Packaging has recently announced the promotion of Account Executive Ryan Hart to the role of Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Hart has led a successful career in the packaging industry since 2002 when he joined Barger Packaging in Elkhart, Indiana. When Colbert acquired the Barger facility in March 2004, Hart joined Colbert and transitioned into a sales role where he was responsible for new business development, gaining valuable experience early in his career.
Lon Johnson takes on an advisory role as Senior Vice President of Sales. “For 15 years, Ryan and I developed a close and collaborative relationship as we worked together to grow Colbert’s book of business with an emphasis on healthcare and a focus on aligning Colbert with technological advancements specific to the pharmaceutical industry,” says Johnson. “I am excited that Ryan is taking the next step to move into this leadership role, and I will continue to stay involved with the sales team in an advisory capacity, working with strategic accounts, and ensuring a smooth transition for Ryan.”
