Fosber Group continues to grow its Service Centre in Turkey. To strengthen the team, they have been working on multiple fronts over the past few months.
“We’ve expanded the team by adding a mechanical technician, an automation technician, and now we’re pleased to welcome Alper Horozoglu as our new Technical Service Supervisor, who recently completed his training at Fosber headquarters,” said Simone Roberti, Chief After Sales Officer, Fosber.
Horozoglu (pictured above), will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing technical service support operations across Turkey for existing and future customers.
“With this strategic addition, we’re taking a significant step forward in providing dedicated, Turkish-speaking technical support, elevating the service level in a key market for Fosber,” added Roberti.
