New robotic palletisers for Brohl Wellpappe

Germany-based Brohl Wellpappe has recently put four new MuK robotic palletisers into operation at its Mayen plant. The robots have been integrated into an overall Dücker materials handling system.

“These new robotic palletises makes it possible to place the finished bundles of boxes quickly, efficiently and precisely with high-quality stacking edges,” says Maximilian Boltersdorf, CEO. “It will simplify the work for our colleagues in the converting department for sure! The machine operators now have more time for process monitoring and quality assurance.”

With the new palletising systems, the individual packing instructions can be quickly adapted and implemented. The robots ensure maximum machine speed, whether small and large formats, and guarantee a high standard of quality.
