Nelsonville, WI-based Baysek Machines Inc, has confirmed that the company is now under new ownership, and has been renamed Baysek Solutions LLC.

“Following the decision by myself and my partner to sell the company in late 2023, we set about finding a suitable entity to acquire the business,” explains Mark Helbach, former owner. “In finding a consortium of Jeff Jensen, Ryan Hetzel and Gary LeMaster, we are ensuring the company continues to be a leading name in the supply of cost effective, high performance die-cutters.”
As part of the acquisition, Helbach has committed to staying with the company for at least the next five years to ensure continuity of the business and a smooth transition to the new ownership team.
