Rigid Containers has appointed Sonia Card as Group HR Director to further support and develop the organisation’s human resources strategy. She has previously held senior roles at DS Smith Packaging for four years where she was Head of HR, and latterly head of talent & development, for its UK Packaging multi-site operations. Her previous roles have included head of HR at Kuehne+Nagel and Head of HR for Civil Engineering at Carillion plc.
