Fiera Milano SpA has confirmed that Carlo Bonomi is now Chairman and Francesco Conci Chief Executive Officer and General Manager.
The new Board will remain in office until the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2028 and is composed of Carlo Bonomi, Francesco Conci, Maurizio Dallocchio, Michaela Castelli, Veronica Squinzi, Matteo Bruno Lunelli, Costanza Esclapon De Villeneuve, Maria Luisa Mosconi and Carlo Maria Ferro.
“Governance ensures continuity in the Group’s development path and strengthens Fiera Milano’s positioning as an international platform to support the growth of companies and supply chains,” said the company. “In the second half of the year, the new Strategic Plan will be presented, with the aim of consolidating the results achieved and accelerating the Group’s evolution in an international, digital and sustainable way.”
