Pamplona, Spain-based Tiruña SL has confirmed the appointment of Iñigo Iso as its new Customer Care Manager, with immediate effect. The manufacturer of corrugator and glue rolls has made this appointment to further enhance its high levels of customer service, giving customers a direct point of contact for issues relating to technical assistance and after-sales care.
Iso first joined Tiruña in 2014, having completed his studies in mechanical engineering. Since joining the business, he has worked successfully in the Technical department and Sales department (most recently as an Area Sales Manager), as well as holding a supervisory role for the company’s factory in France.
