NE Engineering has confirmed the successful installation and commissioning of a new palletising robot at Adara Pakkaus in Finland.
The new 2UpSide palletiser is positioned downstream from an MHI EVOL flexo folder gluer with Dual Slotter, and palletises the bundles without creating a bottleneck for the casemaker, even when it is operating at maximum speed.
The palletiser forms part of a wider supply contract, which includes a packaging line for the old plant, a semi-finished goods warehouse with an automated monitoring system, and a packaging line for the new plant, which is also under automated supervision.
