Naturepak Beverage Packaging, a pioneering regional leader in gable top packaging solutions with operations spanning the Arabian Gulf and North Africa continues to build on its success and business expansion by investing in additional Heidelberg Intro Web-Printing technology. Established in 2002 as a joint venture between The Industrial Group and global paperboard liquid packaging leader, Evergreen Packaging, Naturepak Beverage Packaging serves dairies, beverage and dry foods companies in the Greater Middle East, Africa and India Subcontinent from its two state of the art packaging plants in Damma, Saudi Arabia and Casablanca, Morocco.
Naturepak’s Casablanca plant was launched in 2011 as a new state-of-the-art, green-field operation encompassing the latest technologies in gable top beverage packaging with an investment exceeding €10 million.
The facility is strategically located close to Casablanca’s airport and has served as an export hub of packaged beverages and liquids to North African region. The facility was designed to accommodate the future installation of additional production lines as market demand grows.
Due to the market’s growing appetite packaging solutions that answer the need for being innovative and environmentally-friendly, Naturepak decided to invest in an additional Heidelberg Intro Web-Printing-Press machine with 6 front-side Print Units and one reverse-side Print Unit. The new line will also perform with the latest High-Definition flexo-quality and produces from reel to the die-cut blanks.
